Smart Light - one key control 4+

It does the job it’s supposed too, but there are a few glaring problems.

1. Every time I open the app it asks me to sign back into my account, and it won’t let me set it to face ID so I have to type it in. Obviously easy to do just gets annoying.
2. Laggy when trying to see further settings. You click on your light and it says downloading, but 50% of the time it will say “download failed” which is very irritating.
3. Following your log in that you have to do every time you open the app, you may get stuck on a forever loading screen which requires you to close the app and type your password/username in again.

*update 2* app now won’t sign in at all. Making the app completely useless. I don’t understand why you need to sign in to control a ceiling fan anyway(in my case)

*update* The app keeps asking me to sign BACK in, every time I open it. It is so annoying!

I got his fan as a gift and I am loving it! It took me a minute to get the app synced with my iPhone, but that was user error. “Power off and on” means flip the light switch, duh, lol. I’ve been using both the remote and the app and haven’t had a single issue. I love the timer function, I set the scene to “night light” and set the timer for 1-2 minutes. And by the time I’m cozy in bed it shuts the light off for me! There are some things I would love to add. I would like to have a widget or something. Just to make it easier to turn lights on and off.

Love my fan and all the light settings. I mainly bought this thinking the app was going to work so I could operate the light and the ceiling fan from my phone, have tried five times and no way am I able to get the app to work! Fix this please so than I can give 5 stars! until you resolve this issue with your app I’m keeping it at a two star!
