Train squash movement without a partner. Coach-designed ghosting drills with left/right audio cues, adjustable pace, and video review you can send to your coach. SmartGhost is a ghosting trainer for squash players. Pick a drill pack, set your phone on the bench, and move to the cues. Ghosting, shadow-practicing your court movement without a ball, is the fastest way to sharpen footwork when you don't have a partner or a coach on court. Doing it well means hitting the right corners with the right timing. SmartGhost handles the timing so you can focus on moving properly and building clean patterns into muscle memory. HOW IT WORKS Choose a coach's drill pack, pick your patterns, and start. For each pattern the app shows the correct movement and calls the corner with a directional audio cue (left ear for left, right ear for right) so you react and move on demand, just like in a real rally. Wear headphones and go. FEATURES - Guided drills: court-mapped patterns timed to real pro movement - Panning audio cues: left/right cues tell you which corner to take - Drill composer: build your own workouts, sequence patterns, set intervals, replay favorites - Movement styles: pick your coach; different pros, different movement and timing - Record and share: save a drill and send it to your coach or a friend for feedback BUILT WITH REAL COACHES Movement content is demonstrated by professionals, including LJ Anjema, former PSA World No. 9 and ten-time Dutch national champion, and performance coach Ahad Raza. Designed for iPhone. Free to download, with more coach packs on the way.
