The SMARTresponse app is designed for use in conjunction with Direct Healthcare Group’s SMARTresponse pressure care mattress system. SMARTresponse is a unique, innovative smart technology enabled solutions in the prevention and treatment of pressure ulcers. SMARTresponse utilises patient movement monitoring technology to communicate the necessity to step up patient care, offering both automatic and remote control through the SMARTresponse app. With a focus on clinical choice, SMARTresponse empowers healthcare providers to achieve earlier intervention in pressure ulcer prevention. The SMARTresponse app is used to link to one or several SMARTresponse control units, enabling the user to control or receive notifications from the SMARTresponse system, including remote activation of the mattresses’ alternating therapy, Auto Start alerts, Bed Exit alerts, and control unit fault alerts. The SMARTresponse app is required to fully utilise the features of the SMARTresponse system.
