Smart Rope is an app developed by Tangram Factory.

You can improve and manage your workout stats in real time by connecting to the Smart Rope LED/PURE/ROOKIE. Smart Rope is a new app that has been improved from the original Smart Gym app.
Smart Rope and Smart Gym are not compatible, so a resubscribing is required to use SmartRope app.

Jumping rope is a full body workout, it strengthens your upper and lower body, and burns a lot of calories in a short time. Therefore, many trainers and experts recommend jumping rope as the best fat-burning exercise; better than running or cycling. So set up a daily target for yourself and try to reach it.

This application is for 'Smart Rope'.
Compatible with LED/PURE/ROOKIE products.

Smart Rope App Features:
-Basic Count
Supports 4 basic modes: Jump count/Calories burned/Time elapsed/Daily target(%). This will help you to reach your daily exercise goals more effectively.

-Interval Training
Select training sessions with recommended workout and rest intervals, based on your skill level and fitness goals. This way you can boost your stamina in a short period of time.

-Leaderboard
See how you stack up against the competition, rank yourself against Smart Rope users around the world. You can check the daily/weekly/overall ranking at any time.

-History
See the jump count per month or year as a graph. This will help you to track your progress and set higher goals to achieve.

-Competition
Share your workout data with other Smart Rope users. Compete with your friends for a more fun and challenging workout.

-Settings
Log in with your Google/Facebook/Email account.
Enter your weight to track your burned calories more accurately.

- Apple Health App Supports
You may opt to integrate SmartRope with Apple's Health App Database. If you grant SmartRope access to Apple's Health App Database, SmartRope may import or export your data to the Health App Database in certain circumstances, such as to aid you in the tracking of health and wellness goals. In addition, Spire may transfer data that you store locally on your Device, such as steps, calories burned and breaths per minute to the Health App Database. SmartRope cannot read or write to the Health App Database unless you grant permission. Data accessed from the Health App Database will never be shared with third parties, such as third party service providers and/or advertisers.

-Other Functions
Wireless firmware updates available.

Works well for me with a couple suggestions

Bought the Pure over a year ago. I haven't had a single crash or connectivity issue. Works perfectly as intended. My only suggestion however is 1) I'd like the workout to incorporate my heart rate. What's the point off the apple watch app if it won't use the heart rate? 2) I wish it would transfer the full workout as one to apple health instead of every interval. It's annoying to see 20+ workouts in my log from one session.

Probably The Worst Product I’ve Ever Used

I have never written a product review before. However I just received this product as a gift and I can not go without sharing my experience.

The design of this product is terrible in every way. Before I begin to go through the design flaws however, I should say the rope I was given might be a little too long for me. I am six foot and had to hold the ropes uncomfortably wide. That does not excuse its flaws however. The most grievous of which was the Bluetooth. So far after at least ten attempts I have only been able to have the device stay connected long enough to record a series of jumps once. Second because the charging cap goes over the power button which is also the Bluetooth connectivity button, it is incredibly difficult to press and I’ve had to use my sisters knitting needle to reset the device every time it’s disconnected. Third because the handles are set to rotate, this is how they record the number of jumps, the basic jump roping method of flicking ones wrist in circles becomes totally useless. Instead I had to get it started with my whole arm.

This is a terrible product.

Accurate, Makes working out fun

I was super skeptical about paying over $70 for a jump rope, but this rope has changed my mind for the better! I’ve now recommend this product to over 10 people so we can compete. The app keeps accurate count of your jumps whether your physically Inside the app or on a FaceTime call! Makes me fell like a kid again and keeps me motivated to surpass my previous jump record! Such a wonderful app to match such a brilliantly designed jump rope! I love how you can keep track of your daily workouts and share your progress with friends and family!
