How to get started
1. Download our FREE SmileVoice App on your mobile
2. Open the App and enter your Smile number and Activation code. Also select the country where you have Smile broadband internet – your service will be active and you can make that first call.

OR

1. If you cannot remember your Smile number and Activation code, just select the country where you have Smile broadband internet and click on “GET AN ACTIVATION CODE” – you will be requested to provide your email address and your Smile Voice details will be sent to this email address.
2. Open the App and enter your Smile number and Activation code. Also select the country where you have Smile broadband internet – your service will be active and you can make that first call.

Remember, you need to be a Smile customer with an active SmileData bundle, to make calls and send SMSs using SmileVoice.

Call Kit for iOS10

This is extremely useful. Great app. It helps me a lot, especially when roaming. The reason why I give it 3 stars instead of 5 is because of its lack of support for iPhone's call kit on iOS 10. If I get a call while my phone is on locked screen, I only receive a small message on the screen (no sound) and cannot answer directly. I also miss that call most of the times, unless I am looking at my phone's screen at that exact time.

Any plans to adopt call kit integration in upcoming versions of the app?

Great app used it for months but for the past weeks it says unable to connect to streams.... error 29

Worst customer care assistance

The app is extremely good and useful,but their customer care assistance is very slow and disrespectful people,they slow reply abs disregard your my request,bad experience ever,7 day’s now I couldn’t use my smile abs still not solve the problem after I gave them my NIN to link to my profile,still not active.
