Smpl Notes
Shared notebooks for groups
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Shared notebooks for your team, family or club. Write, find and share notes together — now with in-app sign-up, password reset and account deletion.
Smpl Notes is a simple place for the notes you share: meeting notes, plans, recipes, how-tos and ideas, kept in notebooks that everyone in your group can open.
Create a group for your team, your family or your club, then share notebooks with everyone in it. Everyone sees the same notes, always up to date, on iPhone, iPad and the web.
SHARED NOTEBOOKS
• Organize notes into notebooks for each project, client or topic
• Everyone in the group can read them on their phone, tablet or on the web
• See who last edited a note and when
WRITE FROM ANYWHERE
• Headings, bold, italics and bulleted or numbered lists
• Preview a note before you save it
• If someone else saved a note while you were editing, Smpl keeps your draft instead of overwriting their work
FIND IT FAST
• Search a notebook and jump straight to the note you need
• Page through big notebooks quickly
ONE SMPL ACCOUNT
• Use the same account in Smpl Tasks and the Smpl web app at smpl.actieve.com
• Create an account or reset your password right in the app
• Stay signed in; sign out or revoke a device from your profile any time
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
