Smurfs Bubble Shooter Game 4+

July 4,2018 I love your game but it has a mind of its own. Keeps clearing. Can't even load it now. If I delete it I have to start over. I love the game but your updates cause a lot of issues. At least it does on a iPad. I played two weeks straight with no issues and now it back to clearing it's self when loading. I've tried back to back loading and it lets me claim my free coins and and my days, then I go to load (level which in my case is 120 and it starts to load and then cuts out and I'm back where I first started. It seems like you get it right the mess up somewhere when you updating. I'll hang around for another week and then if it's not working I quit.

Plenty of bugs

I use the help option in game where I can open a ticket but have not received any replies. Logging in consecutively for 28 days gets you a gift a day now. I assume from the picture description that on Day 14 you are to receive a smurf? Well I never got mine! Chest stays closed and jumps up and down on screen then vanished despite me tapping on it several times! This is just one of the many times that you are unable to open a chest won from a daily gift, event, Papa’s quests etc!
Another bug is after watching an ad to earn coins or a boost, the game freezes. You don’t get the 35 coins or boost earned at all, you have to close and open app and try again but it gets stuck again!
Not sure if this is a bug but apparently if an area/location has more then 6 smurfs, you will receive coins from only 6 of them and it is always from the same 6. The rest of the smurfs in that same area will not give you any coins at all. If Smurfette is in that location and you previously had only 6 smurfs there, one of the original 6 will not give a coin or Smurfette won’t give any.
Game would be awesome if they would just fix those annoying bugs.

Total waste of time unless you’re wealthy. Please read before you play.

I am 42 years old and very good at games. However this one is in possible unless you are able to spend money to purchase coins through your iTunes account. It is a very fun game. But once you get to level 23. After about 30 minutes of game play. it becomes impossible to beat with out using a lot of coins to buy more turns. However you get so few coins. The only way you can get more is to purchase them using your account and real money. That’s what this game is truly all about making as much money as possible. Which is why they make it really easy for the first half an hour. They want you to become addicted to it. So if you are wealthy and you want a really fun game to play. Go ahead and have at it. But if you’re like me and the rest of the world and you can’t afford to spend $10 every time you play this game. I wouldn’t even waste your time. You people who developed this game should be ashamed of yourselves. I understand you want to make money obviously. However you think you would make a game that people could actually play without needing to spend money. Shame on you greedy people.
