Description
The SnugFit O&P 3D Scanner app captures 3D data of the body part (foot, knee, torso, and head) for prescription made orthotics or prosthetics. The app uses the front-facing TrueDepth sensor for 3D acquisition. It is easy to use with features including initial scan positioning indicator, no losing track, free of manual noise cleaning process, better data handling for iPhone 13/14, and one click to upload the scan data and prescription to the cloud for calculating 3D dimensions and using the CAD/CAM tools for orthotics and prosthetics custom design and manufacturing. SnugFit O&P is built on our highly ranked SureScan 3D Scanner app, but with much more advanced 3D/AI algorithms for handling noisy data, achieving better accuracy (~1.0mm), and ease of use (e.g. no need to look at the screen for 3D image capture) etc.
Compatible with iPhone X, XS, XR, 11, 12 ,13, and 14 (including Pro and Max variants), and iPad Pro (2nd, 3rd and 4th generation etc.).
Login is required for patient data privacy and compliance. This app removes the need for time-consuming casting or expensive shipping.
The app facilitates next-generation O&P digital customization effort supported by the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

A great app for the field of orthotics and prosthetics
This is an awesome app for foot orthotics. I like its simplicity and centralized scan data/prescription upload. The 3D scan process is also quite smooth, no need to rescan as there is no losing track.
Great Scanner!
My use is for the manufacturing of foot orthotics, and the snug fit scanner meets, and exceeds, my expectations.
The tracking of the object, a foot in my case, is smooth. There is minimal, if any, extraneous information and the resolution can be set to .5mm.

Excellent app for custom orthotics, very intuitive and quick to use. At the first try you get the molds you need, very clean and precise 3d files.
