See subscription plans from the welcome screen. The plans, the prices and the 7-day free trial used to be reachable only from Settings > Account, on the far side of the setup wizard — so anyone who wanted to know what SofaCode costs before installing anything had to go looking for it. Nothing about the plans themselves changed. Also in this update: seven screensavers, each with a name, and a new one called Console. The Codex row in Settings no longer opens Claude's picker or types Claude's command at a Codex session — it says a running Codex session cannot be re-modeled instead. Usage replies are matched to the assistant that asked for them, so the title and the numbers can no longer disagree. Mode chips, permission notes and notifications read for all three assistants rather than Claude alone.

GitHub Copilot Chat and OpenAI Codex now do everything Claude Code does. Skills and slash commands are listed for each assistant. Codex gets a model list with a default for new sessions, usage and quota with the plan name, honest subagent counts, and its own permission card. The session bar counts each assistant separately, and the memory-file editor names the file each one reads. Needs the desktop app at 2.39.0 for the new lists and numbers.

Everything since 2.33.0, in one update: • A screensaver, like the SofaNode's. When the app is holding the screen on and nothing is working or waiting on you, a moving picture covers it after the idle time you set (five minutes by default) so nothing burns in. Seven styles plus Shuffle, lit from your theme. The first touch brings the app straight back; so does any session becoming busy. Settings › Screensaver. • Landscape deck. Turn the phone and the deck rearranges itself: the ring on the left, the reading bands on the right, the session rail along the bottom. • One bar hides either half. Drag the bar between the ring and the chat to tuck either one out of view; drag it back, or tap it, to bring it back. • Phones stop fighting over the deck. With more than one phone on a daemon, a tap on one no longer re-aims the others. • Models from your own hardware. With Local LLM turned on in the SofaCode extension, models from LM Studio, Ollama or any OpenAI-compatible server appear in the model picker's LOCAL section. • Fixes throughout, and both stores now offer the same subscription in the same 173 countries.

The deck is a cockpit now: see and switch the permission mode and the model right from the circle, open files, terminal and tasks with floating chips, and drag the divider and session rail in real time — tap either bar to show or hide. Enter writes a new line instead of sending; the send button or Ctrl/Cmd-Enter sends. Replies speak once — returning to the deck no longer re-reads the last one — and fresh installs can speak at all. Plus a memory leak fix for long chat sessions.

The deck is yours to reshape: drag the handle between the ring and the chat box to resize them, pull past the stop for a glanceable ring-only deck, and fold the session rail away with its own edge handle — taps on either bar toggle show/hide. Task lists float one tap over both chats. New replies glow their age. The code editor grew syntax highlighting on a bundled engine, real redo, find and replace, crash-surviving drafts, and conflicts that show a diff before anything overwrites. Binary files open read-only with a download offer instead of as corruptible text.

When Claude asks you a question, you can answer it. A question used to arrive as one more Allow/Deny card with its options never shown. The card now lays out the question, its options with the reasoning under each, and a box to type an answer of your own — pick one, or several where the question allows it, then Send answer. Apple Watch answers by tapping an option, one question at a time. The deck's text box gains the chat's mic and send buttons, and a long machine name scrolls in its pill instead of losing its middle. Fixed: a phone that once connected to your computer over the internet stayed there even at home on the same Wi-Fi — it now returns to the local network as soon as your computer answers on it.
