Solarger helps you plan personal sun exposure for vitamin D goals. It combines local UV with your Fitzpatrick skin type so you can see a practical outdoor window, run a timed walk, and follow progress toward a daily IU target. WHAT YOU CAN DO - Set Fitzpatrick skin type and a daily vitamin D goal (IU) - Check current UV and a suggested exposure window for your area - Start a sun walk with clothing presets, live timer, pause / resume / done - Review sessions on Calendar and in Statistics (week / month) - Use as a guest on one device, or sign in optionally for multi-device sync LOCATION - While the app is open, location may be used to load local UV and temperature (Apple WeatherKit) and, when Country / Region / City are empty in Settings, to pre-fill those fields once so you do not have to pick them from the lists - Not used in the background and not used for advertising WELLNESS NOTICE Solarger is a personal wellness and sun-exposure planning tool. It is not a medical device, not a diagnostic product, and not a treatment for vitamin D deficiency or any medical condition. It does not replace professional care or lab testing. Avoid sunburn; seek medical advice for health decisions.
