SolveSpace Tutor is a study workspace built for working through mathematics, physics, engineering, and coding problems on iPhone and iPad.
START WITH THE PROBLEM
• Type or paste a question.
• Scan a problem with the camera, choose an image, or draw it.
• Upload a PDF, plain-text, or Markdown study source to create source-grounded practice questions with page or paragraph references.
SHOW YOUR REASONING
Use a full-page graph-paper whiteboard with pen, highlighter, eraser, lasso, colors, widths, undo, redo, pan, zoom, and multiple notebook pages. Work with touch or Apple Pencil where supported.
ASK WHEN YOU WANT HELP
Open the AI tutor for a hint, a step check, a concept explanation, or a deliberate multi-page review. Feedback stays connected to the page and revision it reviewed, and tutor annotations remain separate from your own ink. AI feedback is provisional and can be wrong; verify important work.
PRACTICE FROM YOUR MATERIALS
Generate a study set from a PDF, text, or Markdown file. Solve saved questions, request a similar drill, or move to a related next question.
YOUR WORKSPACE, YOUR CHOICE
Your sessions and whiteboard workspace are stored on this device. Export a local backup or delete local workspace data in Settings. Before any learning content is sent for AI features, SolveSpace asks you to choose "Allow AI Tutor." You can choose "Not Now" and keep using the local whiteboard, or withdraw permission later in Settings. When permitted, the content needed for the feature is processed by SolveSpace's service and Anthropic.
PLANS AND ALLOWANCES
Start with a guided welcome problem and a Free monthly allowance. Optional Study and Pro auto-renewable subscriptions add larger monthly tutor-check and AI-creation allowances, with monthly and annual billing choices. Localized prices and terms are shown before purchase. Restore Purchases and Apple's subscription-management sheet are available in the app. Allowances do not roll over, and there are no overage charges. If an AI limit is reached, AI actions pause while your local whiteboard and saved work remain available.
