Very Good App 😊

I LOVE this app! I’ve been working with it for about 2 weeks now and it is just perfect, I started out weighing 144 and am now weighing at 141.

I have no complaints whatsoever and will stay the course. This app provides a plethora of information, that is very well thought out and very well organized. The info provided is not overwhelming, either. Very easy to follow! It’s interactive, as well and has helped me to stay on track with my daily fasting and eating. I can’t say enough good about it!

Since retiring from the military about 16 years ago I gained 25 lbs and have just not been successful at losing the weight. I’m still very active, similar to when I was in the military but of course as you get older the metabolism slows. I’m sure part of the reason for my weight gain, is my just being unknowledgeable about what to eat and when to eat. Which was holding me back from achieving my goals for years but with this app I’m POSITIVE I will reach my weight loss goal. Stay tuned, I’ll do another review later after I reach my goal weight! Thanks for this wonderful app!

Great app !!

After having a baby, I was just not happy with how I looked mainly my stomach. I’ve tried going to the gym and it just wasn’t helping me reach my goals to where I wanted to be. But ever since I’ve used this app I’m down 40lbs I’ve had the app for about a year now and it work wonders. I really like the consultations you get. I would 100% recommend this to everyone wanting to lose weight the only hard part is consistency.

Don’t like the new update

I’m not liking the new update you made to the app. I’ve been using this for a while now and it literally is a strict part of my life. I use it everyday. Since the new update when I end my fast which is around 12pm it doesn’t keep track of it. It will tell me I ended and that I did a great job. I go about my day and when I go to start my fast around 6pm and it will say, “Are you still fasting? You’ve been fasting for over 20 hours.” It’s so frustrating because it’s done that 3 times this week and there’s no way to correct the mistake. I have no choice but to push the not fasting button when I had been fasting the entire time. And then when I push the button a bunch of Chinese writing comes on the screen.
Please go back to the original platform! It was so much better! I’m getting to the point where I want to get rid of this app because it’s been giving me so much problems.
This has been one of the most successful apps I’ve ever used to lose and maintain my weight so I hate having to find something else. Please do something to fix this!
