Sort & Done! imports photos, images, scans, PDFs, and supported documents as “pages.” Organize, edit, layer, and export them in one workspace on iPhone and iPad. Mix photos and PDFs in the same project, arrange them in the order you need, then export them as a PDF or images. ■ Separate output pages from materials Use the Edit Area for pages you want to export and the Materials Area for candidates, replacements, and pages you may need later. Pages in the Edit Area appear in the preview and export. Move pages between the two areas by dragging. Deleted pages move to Recently Deleted and can be restored until permanently removed. ■ Import supported content as pages • Photos and images • Camera scans • PDFs • DOCX, XLSX, and PPTX files • Text, CSV, JSON, HTML, and other supported documents DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, and similar files are reconstructed as pages for reviewing and rearranging content. The original Microsoft Office layout may not be reproduced exactly. Make them visible again whenever needed. ■ Layer multiple pages Combine selected pages as layers on one sheet. Adjust each layer’s position, size, rotation, alignment, and visibility. Hidden layers remain in the composition but are excluded from export. ■ Export what you need • PDF • JPEG • PNG • Transparent PNG • Save to the photo library • iOS share sheet • Print Export all pages or selected pages in selection order. Options include image quality, size, output color, paper settings, and file names. ■ Use the AI service you choose Sort & Done! does not include a specific AI service or automatically send documents to an external AI service. On-device OCR can create an AI-ready PDF or text file containing page information. You choose where to share it through the iOS share sheet. An order returned by an external AI service is never applied automatically. The app checks session and page information, including duplicates and omissions. Pages are rearranged only when you choose to apply the returned order. ■ Local-first privacy • No account required • No ads • No behavioral tracking • No proprietary analytics SDK • No developer-operated document storage server • No automatic uploads to external AI services Projects, documents, pages, and OCR results are generally processed on the device. The app does not use a proprietary cloud synchronization service. Saved projects remain until you delete them or the app. ■ Every feature is free There are no ads, watermarks, page-count limits, subscriptions, or paid feature locks. Optional consumable support purchases are available. Purchases do not change features, storage, usage limits, or support priority, and do not renew automatically. ■ Available in 21 languages The app supports 21 languages, including Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean, major European languages, Arabic, Hebrew, Hindi, Thai, Indonesian, and Vietnamese. Arabic and Hebrew support right-to-left display. Page order and elements that should not be mirrored keep their original direction. Keep separate copies of important source files. After exporting, check the content, page order, image quality, paper settings, and file format.
