Description
Whether you want to calculate the quantities needed for the daily feeding of your sourdough or the classic three preparatory feedings for large leavened products (panettone, colomba etc.) this app will carry out all the calculations for you.
You can set the hydration of your sourdough, the number of feeding steps, the flour ratio of each step, the initial quantity to start from or the final quantity to arrive at.
