Get content out to your team in a quick and meaningful manner with SPECT. It’s a simplified learning management tool that allows you to send video, audio, files and an accompanying quiz out to remote employees for their viewing and feedback. For a remote team, SPECT can provide small training reminders, product updates or new messaging in a convenient, “view-it-when-you-can” format with a casual, fun feedback loop to confirm your key points have been accurately communicated. The team leader or “sender” can get instant feedback as to who has viewed the content and how well they absorbed it (how well they did on the quiz). They’ll easily see the parts of the content that were well understood and the areas that need more work. The quizzing allows for single answer or “choose all” multiple choice and true-false questions with full team and individual analytics to monitor performance. The receiver gets an engaging clip or document that they can look at when it works for them, anywhere they have a Wi-Fi or cellular connection. SPECT is a tool to keep your employees connected and challenged in between the bigger learning events where formal training is conducted.
