SpeedPic is a macOS tool that drops your screenshots into a template and exports images that meet those requirements.
COMPLIANCE ENGINE
• Exports at exact required resolutions (pixel-for-pixel, e.g. 1290×2796)
• Strips the alpha channel, avoiding "images with transparency cannot be used"
• Converts everything to the sRGB color space
• Shows a compliance report for every image after export
