Been betting 30,000,000 a spin and it says 5 gems. Been hitting 5 gems and even if it includes a gold gem, it hasn't been doing the respin from time to time. I have made some purchases on this game, so when I came across a bug that I really wanted to report (I had ran into a couple before where I was missing some coin). So I went ahead contacted customer service with a screenshot literally right after I realized it shorted me on my jackpot by A LOT and also had mentioned the other bugs to provide feedback of what I’ve been running to and unfortunately I did not have a satisfactory experience, I then got called a liar and was told “The game won’t just take your coins for no reason” and they even questioned my screenshots saying that I “got the jackpot that is in the screenshot” as you can see everything else behind the collect screen showing how much it gave me for the jackpot that I was shorted massively and my bet level…so not happy poor service ruins everything…fix your game and your support plz
