Helps calm me down and take the edge off. Not confusing. Doesn’t take long to use.
Nonsense
I kept trying to look for the good in this app and it wasted so much of my time with randon shapes and numbers and letters and then it would say, "try and interpret it!" Pure rubbish. I recognize the announcers voice he is from the church of eric ludy. The thought was energy moving like tai chi, but misses that mark by miles. I don't blame this app as much as Apple Store who has so many absolutely worthless apps i don't get it.
