No sign-ups, no ads, no tracking. Add an expense, choose equal, exact or percentage, and Splitright shows the fewest payments needed to settle up. 20 currencies. Split expenses with the people you actually share them with — no account, no ads, no tracking. One person creates a group; everyone else joins with a six-character code. That is the whole setup. Add what you paid, and Splitright keeps every balance current and tells you who should pay whom. HOW IT WORKS 1. Create a group. 2. Share the six-character code with the people in it. 3. Add each expense as it happens: who paid, how much, and who it was for. 4. Splitright keeps every balance up to date and tells you who should pay whom. SPLIT IT THE WAY IT ACTUALLY HAPPENED • Equally, when everyone shared it evenly. • By exact amounts, when one person ordered the expensive thing. • By percentage, when the split is 70/30 or 60/40 rather than down the middle. Every expense can be split differently. You are not locked into one rule for the whole group. SETTLING UP Splitright works out who owes whom and suggests the payments that clear the group. Turn on simplification and it reduces a tangle of small debts to the fewest transfers possible — instead of six people paying each other six times, two payments end it. Record a settlement when it is paid and the balances update. TWENTY CURRENCIES Add expenses in any of 20 currencies. Useful on a trip where some things were paid at home and some were paid abroad. WHAT WE DO NOT DO We would rather tell you now than have you find out after installing. • No account, no sign-up, no login. • No advertising of any kind. • No analytics, no tracking, no data sold or shared. • No in-app purchases and no subscription. The app is free. • Splitright does not move money. It tells you who owes what; you pay each other however you already do, by bank transfer, cash or your usual payment app. • There is no export and no automatic deletion yet, so Splitright is not a backup of your records. Anyone holding a group's code can open that group, so share codes only with the people in the group. WHO IT IS FOR Housemates splitting rent, utilities and the weekly shop. Invite people to a group in one tap. The invite now carries the group code, the install link and a plain note about who can see the group. Search your expenses by description, and filter them by who paid. Share a summary of balances and settle-up transfers to your group chat. The summary never includes your group code. Better layout on iPad and large screens, and a currency rounding fix so balances and settle-up transfers always add up to zero.
