Scale good - app failing

I bought this scale about a month ago, it is pretty good and accurate. The app as well has a lot of information plus you can follow up with your history and see the evolution.

Just recently, for some strange reason, the app simply won’t login, I tried reinstalling the app, and the problem still remains. Since I can’t log into the app (which btw isn’t problem with password or login) I can’t also use the scale features.

Please, I need help with this issue.

Sorry for the inconvenience, the latest version has fixed the problem of not being able to log in.

I recently bought the smart scale because I was interested in the BIA body fat analysis. The whole set up works decent. I will say that there are noticeable language gaps in the app. The app syncs with HealthKit which is great! There is a current issue, however, that the weight doesn’t sync. If this gets fixed I’d likely give it 5 stars. The output of this scale is comparable to a recent Tanita scale out put (that scale costs like $5k), which gives me some confidence that the Sportneer scale is fairly accurate for a fraction of the cost.

Thank you for your feedback. The issue of data out of sync has been fixed in the latest version of Sportneer.

Broke My Scale

The app is terrible and doesn’t work. I synced the app to my scale and after trying to get an analysis sent to the app the scale froze. It got stuck on “up” after saying open app up. I reset the scale 10 times and continued to get the same message. I couldn’t do anything through the app and the scale become unusable. Luckily I was able to use the Feelfit app and that somehow fixed everything. Go use that app instead and you won’t have any problems. Good scale, this app isn’t. Feelfit. Use it.
