Description
The spot size calculator computes the spot size for non-contact temperature sensors such as infrared pyrometers, infrared line scanners and thermal imagers. So it provides conservative estimates of the resulting measurement spot diameter depending on the sensor model selected and as a function of its mounting distance to the measurement target.
Values displayed are intended to be estimates to help you get the best measurement and may differ in some cases from the exact values.
