Welcome to Spring! A new tracking application designed and built for new and experienced runners and walkers. Spring allows you to set multiple type of workouts from simple workouts to complex interval workouts, all in an intuitive and simple design. After a workout, review results and statistics to keep track of your progress. Obtain different medals and reach various levels to challenge yourself, stay motivated and unleash your personal best. Spring also offers training programs designed to help newcomers to the running or walking world, experienced individuals improve their fitness and help anyone needing guidance in preparing for an upcoming race.
