SquawkIt keeps a maintenance record for everything you own — an aircraft, a car or motorcycle, a bike, a boat, a home — in one app that works wherever you are, with or without a signal. Records are written to your device first, so SquawkIt works fully offline. Note a squawk after landing, log an oil change in the driveway, or check whether the furnace service is due without waiting on a connection. When you're signed in and back online, everything syncs automatically across every device you use. Every Thing speaks its own language Pick what you're maintaining and SquawkIt adapts: an airplane has an airframe, engines and propellers, tail numbers and tach time, squawks and AOG; a car has a VIN and an odometer; a home has no meters at all, just chores and attention items. The fields, the words, and the schedule come with the type. Start with a recommended schedule Each type ships a starter pack: the annual, ELT, transponder and pitot-static checks for an airplane; oil changes, tire rotation and brake fluid for a car; HVAC filters, gutters and water-heater flush for a house. Keep what applies, skip what doesn't, edit anything later. Recommendations, not authority — your manufacturer's manual is the source of truth. Never miss a due date Recurring tasks track by calendar time, by meter — engine hours, odometer, ride distance — or on condition. OVERDUE and DUE SOON items surface at the top of every list.
