Just updated to the new platform today and it already has a few things that could be improved/ looked into. Upon opening it, I was unable to use the autofill option for my password, as it kept going back to the log in screen when attempting to retrieve it through Google manager. Multiple attempts were done to no avail; ended up having to retrieve it in another app, copying then pasting it in the old fashioned way. Was glad I was able to establish a passkey afterwards otherwise this experience alone would deem it unusable. Logging in, The grand total between accounts at the top seems like it should be an optional feature, but am unable to locate any way to remove/turn it off. And while light/dark feature is nice for the eyes, I wish that it would have kept some of the color that the older version had. So many companies are switching to a “corporate-esque” look, while cost effective, loses what personality it has to stand out against other companies. Please improve this app, as I’ve gotten much use of it in the past, and don’t want to shelve it any time soon. But these few instances have made my first impressions on it very disappointing.

Way better than the last app. With COVID going around, I would really love if I could make mobile deposits. I have a few checks at home that I haven’t touched due to trying to staying at home as much as possible. Thanks for the improvements though.

I don’t know what you all have done or didn’t do. I am not able to connect my account to other apps like before. I keep getting an error message. I have changed my password three times already. The new look is great but someone either didn’t finish the coding or there’s an error in your coding. Not being able to access my other apps is causing me a huge problem.

I used this app to freeze my card occasionally prevent unwanted charges. When you try to unfreeze your card to make a purchase the app constantly give you an error and tell you to try again (useless) or call the credit union. Except if it’s after business hours or a weekend no one can help you. So you basically have no access to your money. Fix this now!
