A local, multi-currency subscription ledger with local reminders. No app account. Optional one-time PRO adds your own iCloud Drive backup and annualized reports. Paying for AI tools and SaaS in different currencies, on different cards? Stackdues keeps them in one local ledger and schedules reminders from the dates you enter. THE PROBLEM • Free trials quietly turn into paid plans. • Promo prices end and the full price kicks in. • USD, HKD, SGD, CNY… the real monthly total is hard to see. WHAT STACKDUES DOES • Local notifications are scheduled from the dates you enter, subject to notification permission and system settings. The app currently keeps up to 64 pending reminders, prioritizing billing/trial/promo reminders before unpaid nudges. It does not read bank transactions or email. • Multi-currency totals: pick a base currency (USD by default; HKD, CNY and SGD also available) and set your own exchange rates. See this month's spent and upcoming totals, plus the year, in one currency. Subscriptions missing a rate are flagged, never silently counted 1:1. • Templates for common AI and SaaS plans, so adding one takes a few taps. Template prices are only a starting point; edit them to match what you actually pay. • Mark as paid moves the next billing date forward, with undo. • Payment labels such as "Travel card SGD". Text only, never card numbers. • Works on iPhone and iPad, with a split view on wider screens. • English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese. PRIVACY • No app account or sign-up. • No bank connection. Nothing is read from your bank or email. • Ledger records are stored locally by default. If you enable PRO backup, the app writes one JSON backup to your own iCloud Drive; this is backup, not automatic device-to-device sync. • JSON/CSV exports go to the destination you choose. The app has no developer-operated ledger backend and does not automatically send ledger records to the developer. • Support emails, beta feedback, Apple services and website visits are separate contexts. Please see the privacy policy for details. • Export to JSON or CSV anytime, and restore from a JSON backup. PRO: A ONE-TIME PURCHASE Stackdues is free with unlimited subscriptions. PRO is an optional one-time in-app purchase, not a subscription: • Automatic backup to your own iCloud Drive. • Annualized/category reports in your base currency. JSON and CSV exports remain free. Purchases, restore purchases and iCloud depend on the relevant Apple services. Stackdues is a ledger and reminder tool. It doesn't cancel subscriptions for you and isn't financial advice.
