Lots of bugs, but useful

My account suddenly stopped working through the app. Support said it was an app problem. There haven't been updates to the app in a year...When rotating the screen, the screens sometimes get stuck.Bikes show up where sometimes there are none.Otherwise, I use this all the time to rent and return bikes all over Hamburg.Works for Berlin too.

WONT COMPLETE REFISTRATION

I had just entered cc info (it acted like saving the payment info was an option, when it wasn’t - you HAVE to save the card info for future use in order to proceed). Then it said it was going to text the phone number linked to my cc for verification. Then a white screen came up and the entire app froze. Not giving these people my money.. using a different service

I had just entered cc info (it acted like saving the payment info was an option, when it wasn’t - you HAVE to save the card info for future use in order to proceed). Then it said it was going to text the phone number linked to my cc for verification. Then a white screen came up and the entire app froze. Not giving these people my money.. using a different service

My account t stopped working. When you want to re set the password, it says the server is not available. A new registration is only possible if you have a German telephone number as the final text message for confirmation does not get through.

Improved error messages: if something goes sideways, at least you’ll know what’s going on a bit more clearly. Bug fixes: We squashed some bugs to make your rides even smoother and more reliable.
