Actualogic (formerly StaffPay AI) puts state-of-the-art payroll and workforce management in your pocket. Managers can run rosters, attendance, overrides, staff records and leave approvals on the go. Staff can log in to view their rosters, request leave, and upload documentation when needed. Agents can monitor their client base through the dedicated Agent Portal, while the Face Scanner turns a shared device into a secure biometric sign-in kiosk.

StaffPay AI is now Actualogic. New name, new icon and a refreshed look, with the same payroll and workforce tools you already use. Managers can run rosters, attendance, overrides, staff records and leave approvals from their phone. This update also fixes a crash when using voice input with the Cortex assistant.
