I am reading many bad reviews about this app, I am a First time user, and it worked really good, I am a real customer, so I think those bad reviews are not real customers, just saying. I will change my review if something goes wrong. For now I’m a happy customer.

I use the app on an IPad Pro mounted to a Magic Keyboard. There are 3 issues I run across. The first is that it doesn’t allow for landscape mode. It is strictly in portrait mode. So I have to view it sideways because my iPad is docked to my Magic Keyboard 99% of the time. Allowing it to have a landscape mode would make it easier to view and navigate. The other function I would love to see is a copy/paste box, where I could paste in the address in full and have it auto populate the fields. As it is right now, I have to copy and paste individual lines of the address into each field. Another, very minor desire I have for this app would be that the states be in a drop down format with the initials for each state instead of having to search for the states in order to fill the box. Overall though, I think this app is a great app and works well for what I need it for. The price range of the the subscription is perfect for my small business and the labels are crisp, clear, and get my packages where they need to go.

I wish I’d have read the reviews before setting up an account. I’ve struggled with this service for about a week and I’m amazed at how bad the interface is. The mobile app on iPhone/iPad is absolute TRASH. Don’t expect to be able to accomplish anything on it. Almost as bad is using the website on my laptop. With every action I try to take, I find myself at the “log in” page and have to log in again to make progress. You have to dig and dig to opt in to services that you would assume to already be there. Likewise, it is a treasure hunt if you want to change anything, which is also unnecessarily cumbersome. Changes to my account were not saved either at all, or were reflected the next time I logged in an hour later. Calling for customer assistance is unpleasant. I don’t know if I can keep trying. Two stars, only because the refund for a UPS label I printed twice went through instantly. Fix the mobile app or leave the industry!!!
