I wrote a scathing review because the app was completely broken a few months back, but now works very well again.

It was great until this update

Don’t fix what’s NOT broken!! Yet another company decided to revamp something that was great and then single handedly eff’ed it up! After I downloaded the new app, it immediately failed to login me in using my email address through the “magic link”. It says “needed a first name”. I had no choice but to try ‘sign me up instead’. After signing up, the app treated my like a completely new customer and all of my previous purchase history and more importantly accrued points are now gone! I clicked on “contact support”, then “Email Thanx support”, NOTHING happened! and as a matter of fact, nothing was responding on that screen. I exited and restarted the app and it’s still the same. I’m using iOS 13.3 on an iPhone XS and i also encountered UI glitches too..smh. since I can’t contact support anywhere else, I really hope the company can see this, respond and give me my points back!! This is NOT acceptable and this company “THanx” who made this new app for you did a HORRIBLE job!

Can’t open redeemed points

I get the occasional emails when they have a promotion on when I can redeem something for free. I open the app just fine, but once I enter the store the app stops working and gives me an error message.. I try using data instead of connecting to WiFi but the app shows the same message. I feel embarrassed at the register because I wasn’t expecting to pay for food and I think there’s been two instances where they compensated instead of actually redeeming my reward! I feel bad, y’all need to debug this app
