Convenient but Significant Issues Still
Useful for placing orders ahead at Starbird.
• The app allows you to leave comments about customizing your order. If the comment is more than 30 characters, it won't come through completely to the Starbird kitchen team, they just see truncated text.
• Privacy. If you order ahead through the app, your full name (first and last) will appear on their LCD screen in the store.
• App fails to tap into features like Apple Pay, Wallet, or 3D Touch.
Can’t open redeemed points
I get the occasional emails when they have a promotion on when I can redeem something for free. I open the app just fine, but once I enter the store the app stops working and gives me an error message.. I try using data instead of connecting to WiFi but the app shows the same message. I feel embarrassed at the register because I wasn’t expecting to pay for food and I think there’s been two instances where they compensated instead of actually redeeming my reward! I feel bad, y’all need to debug this app

We love starbird, but the app often doesn't work. I have been getting an error message that says they aren't accepting orders through the app, and to call the store to order. Then when I call they say to use the non-working app. It would be great if it was usable!
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
