StemDeck Remote is the companion app for StemDeck, the desktop app that separates any song into its individual parts — vocals, drums, bass, guitar, piano, and more. Pair the two over your home Wi-Fi and your whole stem library goes with you, ready to mix from your phone or iPad.
HOW IT WORKS
Open StemDeck on your computer, scan the pairing code (or enter its address manually), and your library syncs over your local network. No account, no cloud upload — StemDeck Remote only ever talks to the StemDeck instance you paired with, on your own network.
A PORTABLE MIXING CONSOLE
Every song opens onto a real per-stem mixer:
• Independent volume, mute, and solo for every stem
• Live waveform displays for the whole song and each individual part
• Adjust playback speed and pitch independently, with looping
• Two mixer styles — a simple, casual view for quick listening, and an Advanced view styled after a hardware mixing console, with level meters and precise faders
• Built for iPhone and iPad, in portrait or landscape

Download stems for offline playback, keep mixing with the screen off thanks to background audio, and control playback from Control Center or your lock screen — just like any other music app.

ABOUT YOUR CONTENT
StemDeck Remote doesn't separate, download, or source audio on its own — it's a personal remote control and player for a StemDeck instance you run yourself. All stem separation happens locally on your own computer via StemDeck; this app only syncs and plays back stems from the instance you paired with, over your own local network, for your personal use. Nothing is uploaded to us or any third party. You're responsible for only processing audio you have the rights to use.
StemDeck Remote requires a StemDeck desktop installation on the same local network to sync your own library. Camera access is used only to scan the pairing QR code; local network access is used only to reach your paired StemDeck instance.
