Please stop the beeping

Writing this review to provide feedback to the company. I can’t say if the equipment actually does anything or if it is like the copper infused sleeves that are supposed to make your elbow feel better just because there is copper in it…..
I dont know, but I use it because I’m doing everything exactly as the doctor says.

This device has a low constant beeping for the entire time it is in use. Two hours of nonstop beeping. The app settings do not offer an option to turn this off, and when I was in a teleconference using headphones, the app (I’m guessing) felt it necessary to give me the beep in my headphones! Why?! Please change this. I know you can make it stop putting the peep into my headphones because that is coming from the app. But if you can add the capability to have the settings in the app turn off tue beeping on the device, that would be Fantastic!!!!

Cervical STIM

I didn’t get the full understanding about the Cervical Stimulator when I first received it from my doctors request to have it delivered to me. But, I put it on the first day and of course I didn’t feel up for it because I was in still a great deal of after surgery swelling and pain! So, I didn’t fully read the reason for this until a week or two later, and I understand that it would be beneficial for me to adhere to my doctors orders for my healing process and I am grateful for this device because I feel a difference in my neck now, I wear it over the neck brace, connect the timer to my iPhone and I can sit at my appointments, while with physical therapy or sitting up in bed! I’m glad to have a support for helping me to healing in the comfort of my home! Healing safe, in the environment how I prefer the mood to be just for me! Thanks for thinking of us all who are in need of your device! Especially since the COVID-19 Epidemic breakouts, a source for healing those who have need of your STIM units. Thank you! Gainel

Not reliable

I like that this app tracks how much time that I use my cervical bone growth stimulator each day; however, the app is susceptible to too frequent panic attacks: 4 times in 26 days of usage (about a 15% failure rate) should be considered high.

I’ve had 2 days where my iPhone’s Lock Screen had about 40 notifications to charge my bone growth stimulator, even though the device was connected to the power adapter and the battery meter showed a full charge. Another time a dialog warning me to charge the battery popped up repeatedly until I forced closed the app. As before this happened when the battery was fully charged. More recently, the app did not detect my bone growth stimulator at all, even though it was turned on and had already been operating for several minutes. Force closing the app and restarting my iPhone did not resolve the behavior. Only after I turned the bone growth stimulator off and back on again did this app correctly recognize the device.

It is true, I’ll admit, that the problem may be with the bone growth stimulator itself. But I was told that that device costs about $4,000. Who wants to pay that kind of money to troubleshoot.
