Easy to use recovery tool
I am currently recovering from an L4-S1 spinal fusion and when I was told about this device I was like ok interesting let’s do it. So I’m wearing a bone growth stimulator which is a pair of antenna that help spawn the growth from this surgery. Even more interesting the device is now mine but deactivates after one year. They want 3 months of continuous use. But I can use it the full 365 days. And that was encouraged. Until you have to use one you have no nodes how difficult it is to keep up with something like this. So far after a week I’m
Sitting at about 85% so yes I have some catching up to do but I need to do this as early in the day as possible or I’m not hitting my target. But great app minus one thing it asks about pain while taking care of oneself. I rank myself right now in mild to moderate pain but able to bathe and take care of myself but that is diminishing and I need to report this daily so my Dr knows what’s going on I think it would be easier to ask the question with sliders to give levels to each item. That way it’s not absolutes on the questions. Anyways simple product simple app easy for a simple guy hehe.

Lower back pain and in hips, waist
I need to be able to comment each time I report in but you don’t make that possible. Today I tried to report in and it would not let me saying that the app has been shut down. I tried to update it and was told I couldn’t.
This app needs to cooperate with the patients. It does not. Now I can’t report in, nor can I update this app.
My back pain returned to a screaming 8-9. I have been gardening. It always hurts too bad when gardening but I love it and will not stop. ALSO: asking the same questions will not give the real facts. Yesterday I had to stand for a cemetery funeral for over 30 min and my back hurt so bad! I kept trying to bend over during service. TODAY; I had to stop watering plants and come inside for pain meds, I haven’t gone back, it’s time for bed.
I can’t tell if this device is helping or not. Some days it says I missed wearing it when I did not miss. How can anyone get a true diagnosis?
Now that I’m locked out I won’t be able to now report. I have called Jason 2x but that is getting me nowhere. So I’m too tired and hurt too much to bother with this reporting.

More hit and miss.
Works most of the time. But when it has an issue It’s frustrating because it can go on for more than one day at a time.
Update:
It’s been a few months since I wrote this review and I’d like the app. I was still frustrated when it didn’t work because when I called the phone number to find out what they can do if anything to help me all they told me to do was uninstall the app and reinstall it and see if that works I asked them if I would lose my data as far as tracking my days and times that I’m using it and they said they didn’t know. I would think this is something that the people at the information help phone number should know, therefore I kept using the app with its flaws. I’m hoping in the future something can be done about this glitch between the helpline and the app itself as far as knowledge. I myself was not willing to lose my data in the event, my doctor would ask to see it. But I must say that Tyler was my representative and he was so helpful with so many questions that I had. So thank you for employing people like Tyler,. I was able to call him whenever I needed him and he got back to me quickly.
