It actually worked! ...until the latest iOS update
I’m actually astonished to say that after a lifetime of nail biting this app has helped me stop completely for almost a month now.
However, the app doesn’t work anymore after the latest iOS update. When I tap on a session the app crashes :/ Please fix it!!

Works if you put in the effort
You can’t just expect to listen to this and be cured of a lifelong habit. However, if you are willing to put in the effort, I think this will work for a lot of people. I’ve bitten my nails for as long as I can remember. I’ve been able to stop for a few weeks here and there throughout my life, but I always went back to it. I decided to give this program a try after searching the App Store for “nail biting” desperate to find something to help me. I listened every night before bed for about a week and a half. The cravings to bite didn’t completely go away, but they were a lot easier to handle and I was able to take a deep breath and not bite. It’s been about three months now and my nails look 1000x better. I still pick a little bit, but nothing abnormal or anything like I used to
Had you asked me 6 months or so ago if I thought hypnosis was real or worked I’m sure I would have laughed and said, “ If it works or really happens it wouldn’t work on me.”. Well at wits end to stop nail biting I decided to give it a try. I’m 55 and have bitten my nails as long as I can remember and at times bitten to bleeding. I’ve always been embarrassed by it so I broke down and got this app. I listened to it every night started it when I’d go to bed and just set it to loop. After 1 week I noticed that I wasn’t biting. After a couple of weeks I could actually feel my fingernails when I would wash my hair or scratch an itch. Now I only listen maybe once a week or so and still growing strong. iOS updated and the app quit working. I contacted them and they took care of it!!! Thank you James & Sue
