To invasive
As if the last update, this app now wants Location always available, even when the app is not active. Absolutely no reason this app needs this level of privacy related information. Turn that off or get deleted.
Your response does not justify the invasion of privacy. When close I open the app, the auto open should just work then. No need at all for your app to monitor 100% of the time. Not only is it an invasion of privacy, it wastes battery power. Remove this requirement.

Hello! If you prefer not to keep your location always on, please feel free to disable the auto-open feature. By doing so, you can set the application to access your location only when it's in use. Works some what but still great
So just installed 8 keypads at my facility and have the entry and exit keypads turned on to work with the app. After some configuration it works great. Now when you pull up it does take a bout 3 seconds to register but it does and gate opens. If for some reason it doesn’t then you can open the app and hit the open button. Now you have to have your blue tooth on and you have to have your location shared done or it doesn’t work. But all in all it seems to a great feature to offer to customers!!!

Update doesn’t seem to be working very well
We have been using storage genie for a year to get access to our storage unit and as long as I wait until we pull up to the keypad to activate the app it opens the gate ok. But I did the latest update on e app two days ago and now the app is having problems finding the keypad, sometimes it doesn’t find it at all, sometimes it says it has found it and says the gate is open and the gate is in fact firmly closed. Shock, horror, we had to manually use the keypad to get in, but the app worked first time coming out, go figure!
