Manage one facility database with a clear view of units, tenants, leases, payments, occupancy and delinquency work. Record payments in an auditable ledger, prepare account documents, track notices and guarded lien steps, and review operational health from one desktop workspace. Your operational database stays on your Mac. StoreCrow has no required cloud account and does not process tenant payments. You control manual backups and portable exports, including facility data and owner-selected branding. Key capabilities: - Unit map, availability, maintenance and reservations - Tenant, lease, move-in and move-out workflows - Integer-cent payment ledger, reversals and adjustments - Occupancy, revenue and exportable reporting - Verified backup, restore and portable data export - Local passcode and auto-lock for unattended sessions - Counsel-reviewed legal-template gates for jurisdiction-sensitive documents StoreCrow supports one facility per database. Legal templates must be reviewed for your jurisdiction before guarded lease or lien document workflows are used. The local passcode protects an unattended app session; it is not full-database encryption, so use FileVault and a protected macOS account.
