This app may seem silly to use to track streaks, but trust me when I say this will be a good fit within your life. First and foremost this app is a great way to track growth: that of the streaks themselves and personal growth. I’ve set streaks like “Make the Bed” and “Pray Daily” and I have consistently been doing those things everyday day since it started (my highest being 823 days). It also it fun to see other family member streaks and their progress (and we even have competitions sometimes too haha). The app notifying you is very handy because we all have said “I’ll do that later today” and truly never get to it, but with this app I have been able to utilize my streaks and help my life as a whole. All in all, I suggest this app to anyone and everyone. There is no hurt in trying it out and setting streaks on things you’ve always wanted to do or try. It has helped me stay consistent and I guarantee it will help you too.

James Clear teaches, “the effects of your habits multiply as you repeat them over time…if you can get just one percent better each day (for 365 days) you end up 37 times better by the time you get to the end of the year.” MyStreaks app is my personal accountability tracker of choice, which helps drive behavior to be intentional about being 1% better each day. This app is minimal, motivating, and effective. 3 clicks is all it takes to update a daily streak. Simple, but effective streaks, have helped me transform several areas of my life where I’ve struggled to achieve consistency during my adult years. A mindset of “not willing to break a streak” and being accountable to myself (via the app) means the decision has already been made and circumstances the day or feelings of the moment won’t get in the way.My wife would say I’m obsessed by streaks. I choose different phraseology which is, being focused, driven, and passionate about doing and being a little better each day. Need to ensure she doesn’t get a hold of my phone and add “honey-do streaks” 🤣.Reviewing my results, over the past 2 years since using the app, noticeable transformation has been achieved and sustained. I’ve been running every day for over 900+ days & have had other health streaks for much longer (drink water, eat fruit/vegetable daily) but it wasn’t until I found this App + Podcast that I realized how many other areas of life could be positively impacted by the laws of streaking! If there is something that you want to incorporate into your life and actually make it stick then download this app! The community is a wealth of knowledge & will cheer on + likely inspire more streaks to incorporate. I’ve found through personal experience that consecutive consistency is powerful & this app makes it even easier to get started & stay motivated! Just make it laughably simple to complete, keep a record, & join the community! Easy right?

I always liked to set goals, but sometimes found my interest waning. Not any more! Tracking small goals in each area of focus helped me to develop the valued quality of diligence. That in turn helped me to trust myself and the Lord more as I gained confidence to stick with each goal. As I mastered each skill, I upped the challenge to be spiritually, mentally and physically healthier. Tracking is an encouraging practice.
