Try the best app for monitoring your stress, activity, sleep, and health!

Your Apple Watch tracks multiple heart data during the day when you just wear your Apple Watch. Stress Monitor App is designed especially for Apple Watch users. The App processes your heart data and shows your current stress and capacity to perform at your mental, emotional, and physical best.

As our stress and performance are influenced by various factors, such as daily activity and sleep, it is very easy to track in the App what and to what extent influenced your performance, stress, and health.

Stress, recovery, and fitness level show up in your body’s signals. Stress Monitor App takes into account your direct body signals, such as Heart Rate Variability and Resting Heart Rate and shows your current capacity to perform at your mental, emotional, and physical best.

Analyze your body signals and find out what is positive and what negatively affects your stress, performance, and general well-being.

Each measurement comes with a recommendation and explanation of your current mental, emotional, and physical state based on your data.

Besides background measurements that are tracked when you just wear your Apple Watch, you can do quick stress checks using your built-in ECG App or Breathe App.

Stress Monitor App analyzes your weekly data and shares the most important trends and findings on your stress, health, and well-being.

Check your background stress data on the heat-map calendar. On the heat-map, it’s easy to assess more stressful and less stressful days, weeks, or months.

Our App analyzes your today’s and 2-weeks sleep and activity trends to determine their impact on your stress and performance.

Add your emotions and mood to your day and analyze how it correlates with your other data.

Stress Monitor App processes the information that your Apple Watch saved to Apple Health. The App requires providing access to Apple Health to read your health and activity data. Based on your health data and using advanced algorithms, Stress Monitor calculates your scores.

Has greatly helped me manage my health

In general, I know the daily stresses that my body endures, and this app has significantly changed the way I manage those stresses.
I suffer from heart issues and I'm sensitive to physiological changes tied to daily habits that I must uphold for myself i.e. sleep, dehydration, active state and others.
Being monitored in this way gives me a glimpse into where I’m at through the day and night so that I am aware of when I should adjust and take a moment to care for myself and drive it back to where I need to be in order to get back to my life. I can normally function just fine, but it makes a difference and gives me more good days to count than if I didn't use the app. Maybe it's a habit maker to check on your health at any stressful given time which one can do just by listening to your body but seeing the picture of the big and/or sudden changes helps me stop surviving and start reacting to things before they get worse and then in on a loop of the worse symptoms.

Interesting data/time better spent

I’ve been using this app with a subscription for about a year and it is collected a lot of information about me. I agree that a lot of the data lines up with my personal experiences. This doesn’t alone surprise me because I am a pretty mindful person often paying attention to my body feedback. A lot of the data seems to tell me what I already know or will know, so aside from bringing more of my attention to this data, it hasn’t really helped me overall to be spending more time looking at this information. Overall, it’s just kind of neat, but not worth renewing. If I could go back, I would tell myself this app isn’t worth it. For example, it’s not knowing when I’m stressed or when I’m sick that is going to help me because I can detect that with my senses, so spending my time and money looking at that data is time that would be better spent addressing those things. Thanks to the devs for making a neat app. I don’t like the rating label “pay attention” and I think it makes more sense to me if that rating was called “stressed” since it is in between Overload and Normal. When I see I am in the “pay attention” zone during sleep, I think, how can I pay attention when I am sleeping? Lol, that just doesn’t seem like a realistic label. I also noticed that it gives me a better score if I’m sedentary and seems to give me worse ratings when I am more active. Again, it’s kinda neat… It’s just not for me.

What a shame 👎🏼

I was very excited when I saw this ap and downloaded it. I was having problems with it from the beginning because it wasn’t recording the correct number of days or times I was logging in, so I emailed the support team and asked them to look into it for me. I also asked them if they could explain some of the recordings to me they show in their charts, as they don’t explain them in their directions. Also, in their directions, the example charts they show are different then the actual ones that are provided to us, making it even more confusing. Personally, I like the example charts better than the actual ones.
The response I received from their customer service team was basically, sorry if you’re not happy, feel free to request a refund. And that was basically it. Um... I didn’t ask for a refund. All I asked for was for them to look into my account and to explain some jargon terms to me, which they didn’t do. Instead, they tell me to go get lost? Okay, that’s what I’ll do then. I downloaded Welltory which is 100% better and tells me sooo much more than I could imagine! It’s fantastic!
In the meantime, they tried to do an update on this app and now it won’t even record; therefore, yes, I will be asking for a refund because this app isn’t working properly. It’s a shame because I am a chemo patient, with a ton of stress in my life, and this would have been a good app for me, but it led me to Welltory and I’m a happy camper now.
