Description
Stroke Keeper combines both your Apple Watch and phone to provide you with one of the most simplest and effective ways to keep track of your score while out on the golf course.
The latest version of Stroke Keeper is jam packed with new features for both our existing and new users! Our primary objective was to provide our iPhone users with a better native experience even if you don't yet own an Apple Watch. So we have listened to the requests we have received, and now in version 2.0 here is what you have to look forward to...
New Features in 2.0:
- Select which golf course it is that you are playing at
- Calculate the distance from your location to wherever you wish to hit your next shot
- Improved process of sending your scores from your Apple Watch to your phone where they can then be saved
- Follow along on your phone on each hole to tally your scores using our newly designed user interface experience
We have been working hard to bring forward what is now available today, and we are not stopping just yet. Look forward to more exciting features coming in the near feature!

Dodo on phone but watch is iffy...
When using on my I watch it's hit or miss ~sometimes I'll be playing a round of golf and magically my watch will decide to reset all the way back to hole one and not save any scores it only happens on the watch. It is also the only app that does not stay on the main screen on my watch even though the setting is set to always stay on I'm not sure as to why this happens only with this app. I also agree with a previous comment different features appear on the phone and not on my watch. I also cannot adjust any settings within the app ...suggestions?
Almost There
It’s close to being what I downloaded this for. The description says to “combine phone and watch” but that doesn’t work. They don’t sync. Can’t pick course name on watch, which is fine I guess IF you can start a round on your phone and have it sync to the watch, but it doesn’t do that. Whatever device you start a round on, you have to stay on that device. Also, it only saves the total score, not the holes...which is kind of a bummer.
All in all, this app is close to being simple and great. I just want to score my shot on my watch and have it keep score...but i also need it to sync to the phone and track each hole when round is complete. It’s been freezing on latest iPhone version as well.
Not bad, issue with Apple Watch...
Works fine on the phone itself. If you create a round on the watch, "No Course" is displayed on the round's course name. Editing previous saved courses is not possible, so any rounds made on the watch will not be linked to a course name. Very close to what I am looking for on the watch- simple, no gps just scoring, but linking rounds to course names when using the Apple Watch is needed.
