I am obsessed with Erika’s monthly programs - the weekly schedules are so convenient, you don’t even have to think about choosing a workout! She always shows up with exciting challenges - with and without weights for the perfect combination of strength and HIIT. There is also an amazing, extensive library of workouts to choose from as well - you can do these whenever, wherever.

I really love how she personalizes the whole experience as much as possible and adds her own quirky flare - her commentary keeps me motivated during the toughest of workouts and makes the time pass in the blink of an eye.

Erika has truly made me a morning fitness person and I love waking up to put in the work and feel STRONGer than ever!! 30 minutes really is all you need.

You need this app!

The amount of workouts to choose from alone should make you join the strong collective... but if that’s not enough, then the support from trainers Erika and Julia and the entire community of people that come together to enjoy the workouts, share recipes, and helpful tips is astounding! These videos are tailored to meet anyone’s workout needs... beginners to advanced and beyond. There are so many options like cardio/HIIT, dance, abs, booty, arms, prenatal, and if that is not all....there are different amounts of time per video ranging from quick 10 mins to full 45 minute workouts. I highly recommend this app and purchasing of the strong collective annual subscription to anyone and everyone!

Love the STRONG app & workouts!

If you have never taken an Erika Hammond workout, boy are you in for a treat. Erika programs challenging workouts that will push you, but are always doable and scalable for everyone’s fitness level, offering modifications and challenges for most exercises. The monthly programs/challenges that she puts together help keep me accountable. Also, boxing is just a ton of fun and the least dreadful way I’ve found to make it through cardio. I found Erika through rumble. She hosted a ton of workouts on IGTV during COVID quarantine and I got hooked. With all of the great trainers at rumble, there’s just something extra special about Erika’s energy and her workouts.
