Meet your new personal trainer, Samm. With thousands of hours of training experience, Samm has created individual workouts, programs and challenges that teach you to connect to your body and see real results.

Her method combines strength, mobility and conditioning training, which allow clients at every level to move without pain and see results. Her coaching style is supportive and encouraging and pushes you to your greatest potential in every workout.

METHOD:

Mobility: Samm is trained as a yoga instructor, functional range conditioning mobility specialist and animal flow instructor. This training is imperative for helping clients move well and without pain. Samm’s method places mobility training as the most important component for achieving long term success and feeling healthy and strong in our bodies.
Strength: Samm is a certified National Association of Sports Medicine trainer and worked as an Equinox Tier 2 personal trainer for several years. She knows how to develop a strength training protocol that helps clients feel stronger, more empowered and more confident in the world.
Conditioning: Samm's first love in the fitness world was conditioning and cardio. After teaching thousands of group fitness classes in gyms across Los Angeles, she has developed the perfect blend of challenging, silly and time efficient conditioning classes to help you fall in love with cardio instead of dreading it.

Great for all starting points

Samm makes working out entertaining, challenging, efficient, and productive no matter your fitness level or age. She has plenty of modifications for all types of concerns, and her positivity and encouragement keep you going.

I highly recommend Samm’s app and workouts for anyone who wants to be stronger, more fit, and have laughs along the way.

Workout

Samm was able to get me up off the floor and lifting weights at age 65. She gives you ways to adjust the program to your ability? Doing the 60 days workout and now am looking forward to it each day. Thanks Samm!

I love this app

I do Samm’s workouts every day. Her style of mobility and strength have changed my life. At 65 my bone density is amazing and I’m the strongest I’ve ever been. She is also my daughter :) and so fun to workout with!
