The Structa software is free now; only a business its owner has closed is stopped.

Your shift, on your lock screen. ON SHIFT — clock in and a live timer sits on your lock screen and in the Dynamic Island until you clock out. No unlocking, no opening the app. It never appears on a door tablet: a shared screen publishes nobody's name. TEAM CHAT — write to a colleague without putting it on the board. The chat button is on your home screen, with a dot when somebody has written to you. TODAY'S BRIEF — one tap on your home screen and the assistant reads your day back to you: what came in, what needs attention, what to do next. ATTACHMENTS — what a guest sent with their email now opens on the phone, including the files we could not keep, which say why. Also in this release: the assistant's confirm card names what it is about to do in your own language, even for actions that reach into your other accounts.

THE TILL — take a payment, void or refund one, sell and redeem gift cards, record an expense, and close the day: cash / card / online / gift tender, expected drawer cash, tips, sales tax, refunds, unpaid checks, top dishes and sales by staff. THE STOCKROOM — receive, count or use a bin with a reason and a history, and scan a barcode with the camera. FULFILMENT — order facts, stage tabs, take a job from the queue, create a delivery.
