Structor brings construction and land-development work into one native app for iPhone and iPad. Sign in to your company's private workspace to see the tools and records available to your role.
PROJECTS AND FIELD WORK
• Follow projects, development phases and assigned tasks.
• Track permit status and engineering reviews.
• Complete stormwater inspections with photos, observations and signatures, then generate an inspection PDF.
• Upload project photos and documents.
• Open supported plans, PDFs and spreadsheets in native previews, and share or save them with the system share sheet.
HOME-BUILDER WORKFLOWS
• Follow build schedules and phase progress.
• Review selections, plans and field assignments.
• Keep supported field edits queued through a lost connection and send them when service returns.
OPTIONAL ASSISTANCE
Where enabled by your company, ask the Assistant to find project correspondence, summarize information or help with routine work. AI processing requires your permission. You can decline and use the manual tools, or revoke permission in Account & Privacy.
COMPANY ACCESS
Accounts are provided by your company's administrator. Features vary by company and role. There is no public sign-up or in-app purchase. Construction companies interested in using Structor can contact us through the support page.
PRIVACY AND CONTROL
Each company has an isolated workspace. Structor does not sell personal data, show ads or track you across other apps. Account & Privacy provides AI controls, content reporting, notification settings and an account-deletion request flow.
Structor is administrative workflow software. It is not a government agency, does not issue permits and does not provide licensed engineering services.
