SC Class Assistant Pro 4+

I have been using this for a while and it is pretty good. It has been updated a lot to make it more user- friendly. I like to create custom seating charts but any empty seats I can’t delete. I have to drag them way off to the side and they mess up the format. Can you make it so that I can delete unused seats?

Thank you for updating your review. You can use the option on the 2nd page of the main menu to "toggle option to show empty seats," which will hide any empty seats from most seating charts. You might still see them on some setup seating charts (such as moving seats), but not on the daily use ones. This option was added in the last few months, so you may have been using the app longer than that option has existed. If this option doesn't meet your needs, please reach out to me at the support e-mail address (or update your review, though I don't check reviews daily).

Let’s face it, there aren’t too many seating chart apps out there. I’ve probably tried them all. As someone who has 500+ students a week, a seating chart app with pictures is crucial for my job. The downfall of this app is that visually, it isn’t the greatest when it comes to graphics appeal. It is a little wonky in the beginning trying to navigate all the menus and how to do certain things. However, once you get used to it, it’s all good. The app works perfectly and does everything I need for a music teacher needing something like this. BONUS points for the developer Robert who is quick to respond to emails and suggestions!!!

I love this app for organizing all my classes and seating charts. You can move students to new seats with a touch of a button. Very user friendly for creating groups and for cold calling on students with the random student button.

The few things I didn’t like about the app I emailed to the designer and he fixed within a day! I’ve been looking for a good class management app for a while now and this one is really good.

For example, I had specifically biased screens so that they would appear in either portrait or landscape mode only, because those screens were not optimized for the opposite orientation. By your request, I have disabled the orientation locks. It took me a while longer to make some of those screens more usable in the opposite orientation.
