Hi there! Sorry for the confusion and delay in getting back to you. This app is run by a research team! So, login credentials and account creation is handled through them and is a part of the study participation process. You need to be a part of one of our studies in order to have an account on StudyPay. If you're a participant in a study that uses StudyPay for your survey compensation, and you are missing or haven't yet been given login information, please reach out to the research team contact whose info you were given at enrollment or has been in touch with you over the course of the study.
