Stability improvement.

Fixed crash caused by empty prefernces for caption excludes. Please accept my apologies.

Added a feature to remove text from captions (like "door slams" or "music"); which is not a caption text but a description of a sound. The program allows import/export of exclusions and saves exlusions to the Subfix2 preferences so the program can apply them once set. Exclusions are managed under the "Settings" menu. Caption text on the same line as an exclusion is retained.

Improved the file-type definition and re-formatting for multi-line caption text.

Updated [srt] file definition to resolve file type issue.

Greatly improved reading subtitle files: Support reading files with non-UTF8 encoding: convert from ISO-8859 and Windows1251. Byte order mark (BOM) at the beginning of file is now handled correctly. Missing line ending (CRLF) at the end of file is now added dynamically.

Improved the parsing of SRT files, and added an error dialog to understand at which line the reading/parsing of the file fails. Improved the fixes for incorrect timing and text too long.

Improved checks and added dialogs to show proposed changes.

Now offers the possibility to fix syntax errors: if the caption text is too long it will break the caption into multiple captions which fit on screen; times are re-calculated. Overlapping times and end before start are corrected as well. If a fix is not possible, the caption index is reported to be fixed manually. These errors are introduced by GPT for example.

When opeining a caption file, invalid timings are now reported: if the end time is before start time, if the caption time is too long, and if a caption overlaps with the previous one.

Resolved and issue with opening SRT files in case another application owns the extension.

Fixed the crash when the SRT file did not end with an empty line; as is standard for the subrip format.

Multi-line captions are now displayed correctly. A horizontal scroll bar was added for long lines of text. The description for SRT files shown in Finder was improved.
