Review source pages before importing, arrange them in order, rotate pages, and choose original page sizes, A4 or US Letter. Check the requirements that matter Set your file-size target, page limit and filename requirements. SubmitReady checks the actual generated file and reports the result clearly. Compression can reduce image-heavy PDFs; results depend on the source. Save and share Preview the finished PDF, save it with Files, or share it using the iOS share sheet. You can also export selected pages as separate PDFs or as JPEG and PNG images. Scan paper documents with the system document camera. Your documents stay on your device No account, advertising, tracking, developer upload server or remote AI. Files you explicitly save or share are handled by the destination service you choose. English, French, German, Spanish and Italian are supported. Import limits: up to 100 files per batch, 200 MB per source file and 500 MB of stored sources per project. Each PDF page or image counts as a project page. Always review the output before sending it. SubmitReady checks the requirements you enter and cannot guarantee acceptance by a website. Scanning does not include OCR; document formats such as Word and Excel are not converted. Free to install The free version includes 2 projects and up to 5 pages per project. An optional one-time purchase unlocks lifetime Pro, with more projects, up to 100 pages per project and saved requirement presets. There are no subscriptions or ads.
