The monthly total keeps growing, but you can never remember what you are actually paying for. SubManager collects every recurring payment in one place so you can decide — before the next charge lands — whether to keep it or cancel it. ■ A reminder before the money leaves Pick the day: on the charge date, or 1, 3 or 5 days before. Turn on several at once if you like, and set the hour the reminder arrives. Cancellation dates and free-trial endings get a reminder the day before, so nothing renews because you forgot. ■ Type the name, the rest fills itself in Over 100 popular services — Netflix, Spotify, ChatGPT, Adobe Creative Cloud, AWS — come built in. Type a few letters and the logo and category are filled in for you. For anything not on the list, write your own name and use a photo from your album or an emoji as its icon. ■ See the month at a glance This month's spend, the projected yearly total, and what you have paid so far this year, all on the home screen. Weekly, monthly and yearly cycles are converted to a monthly basis before they are added up. Sort by charge date, amount or name, and filter by category. ■ Shared plans, counted properly For a family plan or a subscription split with friends, add the other members and only your own share is counted in the statistics. Edit someone's amount and your share absorbs the difference, so the total always matches. You can also tick off who has paid this month. ■ Foreign currency, converted honestly USD, EUR, GBP and JPY subscriptions are shown converted to your base currency. The rate used is the one from each charge date — not today's rate. What you paid last January does not change because the exchange rate moved. ■ Where the spending went A monthly trend chart covers the last six months, and you can swipe back further. Category shares — video, music, AI, productivity — and a per-currency breakdown sit alongside it. ■ Signing in is optional Everything works without an account, with your data stored only on the device. Sign in with Apple or Google only when you want to move to a new phone or use two devices at once — that is all signing in does.
