Login over Tailscale works again. A server at a tailnet address such as 100.x.x.x, or at a .ts.net name with a port over plain http, connects like any other. The same applies to servers reached by DDNS name or any address outside your home network, and to Apple Watch. Smooth playback on phones with little free space. Changing songs in CarPlay shows the new song's progress from the start. Library sync completes even when the server has removed an artist or album.

• Siri: say "Hey Siri, play [artist] on SubSonify". Works for artists, albums, songs and playlists; "play something" shuffles your library. Enable it once in the app under Settings › Siri. • Song Radio has its own page. Save any radio as a playlist with one tap. • CarPlay: artist and album lines in Now Playing open their pages, Up Next follows the queue, and Radio has a tab. • Shuffle starts on a random song, not the first one. • Previous restarts the song after 3 seconds • Animated covers on the lock screen when the server has them. • Login finds servers on your Tailscale network. • Fixed: a liked song showing as unliked after a reload; transcoded streams stopping short before the end.

Fixes and improvements for connecting to your server

• Instant Playlist: one tap on any song builds a saved playlist of similar tracks — from the song menu or right in the player. • Welcome tour: a quick look at what SubSonify can do, ending with your most-played song ready to play. Reopen it anytime via Settings → Support → Tips. • Radio works offline: Song Radio and Autoplay now fall back to your downloaded music — instantly, even for songs without a genre tag. • CarPlay: start a radio from the current track, and choose which buttons the car shows in Settings. • Player: an optional Start Radio button for the action row — and the row keeps its shape with fewer buttons. • Fixed: AirPlay to Apple TV played silence, clipped German titles, and plenty of small polish.
