Our corner-to-corner algorithm matches people headed in the same direction. This means you’re getting the convenience and comfort of a private ride with the efficiency and affordability of a public one.
AFFORDABLE.
Aggregating people into one vehicle brings down prices. Enough said. Eligible users can also take advantage of concessionary fares.
SUSTAINABLE.
Sharing rides reduces the number of vehicles on the roads, bringing down congestion and CO2 emissions. With a couple of taps, you get to do your part to make the world a little bit greener and cleaner, every time you ride.

I’ve been using this app since the middle of August and it has helped me so much whenever I can’t get where I need to go. However, there are some mornings where I’ve missed the bus and need to get to school, I order a transit, and I watch as the vehicle never moves from its starting position. It always seems to be the same driver too. I feel like each driver should have their own profile review and feedback from the driver before and after the ride. This would show which driver’s are more reliable and helpful to the riders and help improve user retention.
Great new service
I was unhappy to learn the regular bus service on noyack rd was discontinued. But the on demand service is a fantastic and imroved replacement. Thank you suffolk transit
