Basic Usability Issues
fasdehjnlfawe;jikl'hjbk;
I want a text editor like Notepad for editing text files, not code. Not as basic as TextEdit, not as advanced as VSCode or Atom. Sunset has a lot of promise, but has crippling usability issues.For example, If you want to type and apostrophe in a phrase like "my mother's car", it assumes you want to double the apostrophe to create a string, so you end up with "my mother's car'". There's no way to turn this off, so it's really annoying to use for text editing.
Used to love this app

I used to love this app but recently on my M1 MacBook Pro it no longer works. It basically stays hung up and then freezes my entire computer. I have plenty of memory and ram available so not sure why it’s happening. Such a bummer because it was great.
Works well with small files
