I rely greatly on Shopping via APPS due to Disability.

The Cost of Food along with the Quality of Food is an ongoing Challenge and I do not believe that the Challenge will end soon.

Curbside Shopping is “not something that I would have considered 10 Years ago”.

I Read Labels, Review Expiration Dates, Smell Produce, Touch Produce, and More!

Relying on Super 1’s Curbside Staff is not easy.

It is difficult for Me to Trust Others regarding My Food Selections.

I have experienced some negatives such as receiving Lettuce instead of Collard Greens, receiving wilting Parsley, and/or receiving Deli Items that were to Expire 3 days after purchase.

These are now viewed as “growing pains”.

Within the last 2-3 Years Much has Improved with Curbside Services.

I Am So Very Grateful and Satisfied!

Lastly, I wish to express that the Super 1 Team has worked Diligently with My Husband and I to Rectify Problems and Dissatisfaction; THIS IS MOST IMPORTANT.

I have been using the app for curbside pickup for many months but now I am unable to login. I get an error message that my email address is a valid address. Yet I am receiving emails from super 1. I requested assistance to this problem but get no reply. I will shop elsewhere from now on. I am extremely disappointed.

The new version is definitely inferior to the previous one. For several years I’ve been using the app to make my shopping list before going to the store and then just update the list each week by checking or unchecking the items I need. The previous version had the capability to sort listed items by store department, which was very convenient. I can’t find that option in this version. This version seems to be geared more for placing online orders rather than shopping in person. I’ll just go back to using the Notes feature on my phone to keep up with my shopping list. Not pleased at all with this new version.
